I have a small room & looking to decorate?

Okay, first if you need a new bedspread, then look for a fun color that can last you a few years. I have a reversible comforter, so I can change it according to what I feel like. You can put an accent rug over your carpet for color and accessories, but if you don't want to, that's okay too. On your walls you can put mirrors to make your room look bigger, or a modern painting. It's especially cool if you have a continuous painting split onto multiple canvases aligned above your bed. Hope you have fun in your new room!

How should i paint my room?

a light grey would look really nice and it would brighten the room up or a dark grey if you want to darken the room... my aunts living room has 3 dark red walls and one grey its a darkish lightish grey wall and looks amazing she has a chocolate brown couch and chair and they stand out really nice

Well houses do make all kinds of noises at night, i know mine does. Sleeping in a basement would make you more paranoid and when you get scared you will feel as if there is something near you or touching you when there isn't anything there. There's no way you would get me sleep down in the basement ever! even with the light on. What you could do if you feel there is something down there is sprinkle lots of salt everywhere and spray some sea salt water around the room.

I hate the color of my room! How can I spice it up?

heres an idea i used....try using lamps...and AVOID overhead lighting...when you use lamps, it varies the lighting area so some places are darker than others...they sell (or at least used to) sell these lightbulbs that look like stained slass and really look cool when you put them in a lamp. try getting a cool comforter like zebra print or cheetah print..

Please help decide between black and white shelves.?

I am trying to redecorate my living room and I need help. Walls are light-light coffee color. I am not allowed to repaint them. I have dark brown couches, dark cherry upright piano and light-green curtains. I want to put some shelves on one of the wall but I can‘t decide between black and white. I am afraid that it will be too contrast if I put black on almost white wall, and I am not sure if white will look good enough on light-light coffee color wall. I plan on putting some plants in white containers on the shelves, books, LED lights under the shelves for more light in the room and some picture frames. Please help me decide between white or black shelves. Thank you.

Why do people stay in rat race and make life hard?

It's hard to get away from, and I'd have to give up being near my friends. Maybe that's why I stay to suffer here. I can't move a town I don't know very well, and I don't have much time to go on road trips to explore candidate towns where I wouldn't know anyone anyway. My car can't handle those trips anyway. Save me!

Flush the Old Testament?

whoa. now thats a touchy subject!! i can tell you the jews would not like hearing that haha. as a catholic myself, i dont believe in it but i dont think it should be taken out of the bible. the reason i say this is because all it will do is create further disbelief in christianity. at least now we can say, yes this was the life before jesus, and this new testament is the life after jesus. if we take away the old testament there will be no comparison of life before and after jesus.
