HELP! I don't know if this would work...?

Can i make this work and what colors should i use if it does & how should i do it?...im redecorating my bedroom im a 17 year old girl and i like the western/country girl look(i live on a farm) but i want to tie traveling like london/paris/etc..i have tons of photos and things i have purchased while over there..but i want it to look kind of classy & mature tho..so would that work?
