I think you got it wrong. No silver lining for our troops there. Seems "call me dave" just gave the Pakastani's 650 big ones so they could educate their people to go over to Libya and do that little job for them. Must be he feels our boys are educated enough in what our governments have them do already so it is now time to make them redundant as the people from other countries cost him and his cronies less money to educate.
