How to negotiate with Landlord?

Depends on how much you like your house. and if you are sure you can get something of the same or higher standard with your budget? If you think you can get better for your money then I would suggest just moving, if you are already paying a lot of rent i think its quite reasonable that he meet all of your demands however if you are getting a good deal and you like your house then I would take what he's offering and stay put.
