My rooms a mess....help me redecorate it?

i have a very small room and there is an iron almarah, a wooden desk attached with 2 storage holes,a small bed and a doorless cupboard painted the same as the room...so there are no space to do anything else..but still i wanna arrange it in pure western stlyle .but i havent got any money and my parents wont give any either also there is only one window with no curtains on...i want lanters hung from cieling and other cool stuff plasterd to the wall..plz help me to make thse things and give me ideas..
