I need help from ALL DOCTOR WHO fans?

Hi, I doing a speech on The Doctor's admirable qualities. If anyone can list some of them for me or some of the things he has done I would really apprectiate it. Like for example I want to talk for a little bit about all the people, planets, and even species that he has helpe. Like freeing the Ood from slavery, and saving a family from Pompei. If you can remember what seasons or even what episode he did something great in I would really appreciate it as well I own all 5 of the new seasons and could re-watch the important parts.
