I want to redecorate my bedroom, any ideas of what to do?

I'm bored of my room and I want to redecorate it and move the furniture around into different places. I want to hang stuff on my walls and door too, so it will be more cozy and personal. I just have no idea what to hang on the walls. I need some ideas. Also, I'm 13, so no crazy adult ideas...
