Paint your walls black, then go buy neon colors and splatter them all over your wall. (neon green, bright laser blue, lightning yellow, tart orange, zinger purple.. etc) or.. Paint your walls a nice purple or bright blue or green and get glow in the dark paint and splatter it all over the walls. It will look A M A Z I N G!
