Redecorating Lvrm & Dnrm: painting or flooring first?

I would definitely deal with floor first. Use painters tape and drop clothes to paint the room to prevent spillage on floors. Paint the ceiling first though if you are painting the ceiling to prevent spraying from ceiling paint roller to get on the floor. It is hard to see but does show up if it sprays and you would have little white speckles on the floor. Good Luck!!
