What clothes are essential for 7 day hol?

Going to Cornwall - I have a bit of spending money to buy any clothes I need because I'm redecorating my room and threw some stuff away lol! I'll hopefully be on the beach, shopping and eating out (plus probably hiking and cycling.) It's seven days. What essentials should I take? Thanks xxx
