Help on redecorating my room?

I'm about To turn 18 next week and i want a new look I'n my room. I have many black picture frames and and black furniture i am wanting to paint one wall I'n my room black and white stripes but i have no idea what color to paint my other walls i have two twin size beds and i just want ideas I'n decorating my room i want it to look for older like I'm looking for a vintage look i am maybe trying to fit I'n a yellow hope someone can help thank you
